M.L. Jones In-House Apprenticeship Program
Skills + Knowledge = Quality Workforce
Throughout the years, we have noticed a decline of skilled labor in the construction industry, and more specifically in our trade. In order to combat the decline we have committed ourselves to training our workforce. To accomplish this we have created, in partnership with the U. S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship (DOL) and the NATIONAL CENTER FOR CONSTRUCTION EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (NCCER), an In-House Apprenticeship Program. Currently our program is the only Registered Apprenticeship program for open shop Carpentry in the State of Oklahoma. We are setting a standard for providing formal training in our industry, not only for the benefit of the company, but for our employees.
As a family owned and operated business we care about your safety and well being. Thatís why all established full time employees are offered the following benefits:
(After 90 days Employed)
(After 1 Year Employed)
To have a truly successful business life we believe a person must first have a successful personal life. All employees have the assurance of free confidential counseling visits. Click on the Community Care or Reformers Unanimous link below for more information.
